Our most comprehensive package is designed for those couples that desire professional guidance and planning from the very beginning. Our planning and design experts will be with you from initial concept through the last dance on your wedding night. Budget creation, venue and vendor recommendations, design and decor planning, day-of logistics and everything in between – this package covers it all. You can be involved in the planning as much or as little as you desire, truly allowing you to balance work, life and planning a wedding.

Our “in-between” package option is great for those couples that have done some planning already. Perhaps you have your venue and a few vendors booked, but now find yourself needing some help to cross the finish line to your big day. Maybe you have a ton of ideas, but need some help bringing your vision to life. Couples receive everything offered in the Month-Of Package, plus a few awesome perks to cross everything off that “wedding to-do list!”

You spent months or more planning the perfect celebration and you certainly don’t want to be the point-person on your wedding day - and neither should your family, friends or wedding party! Month-Of Coordination is ideal for couples that have most details finalized, but want some assistance tying up loose ends and making sure their vision is executed perfectly. We will come alongside you to ensure you have nothing to do on your wedding day except sip champagne and bust out your greatest dance moves!

"Olive & Rose Events are the best!! Our wedding day would not have been as magical as it was without Susy and her team. My husband and I were both in graduate school throughout the wedding planning process, so we knew we needed lots of help. We went with the full planning package and it was the best decision we could've made! We had our wedding at my family's cabin in Rockwood, PA. As a private venue, we had to bring in all of our vendors (including rentals). Susy helped us to find our wonderful vendors, kept them on track, made sure everything was to our liking, and made our dream a reality! The forecast didn't look great leading up to the wedding (our venue was primarily outdoors), so Susy came up with multiple rain plans just in case. She was so encouraging and truly went out of her way to make this the best day of our lives. "Hiring Olive&Rose Events and Kim was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!!! We hired Kim as a month-of coordinator for our wedding, but she ended up helping us so much more than that. When our venue unexpectedly cancelled 9 months before our wedding, I reached out to Kim (even though technically she wouldn’t be helping us out for another 7 months), and she was there to help me! Not to mention, she was always there to help with vendor recommendations along the way. I don’t know what we would have done in the last two months without Kim! I sent her about a million different rambling emails, and she always responded to every one. She ran our rehearsal and was there to do whatever we needed on the wedding day. "I hired Olive & Rose for month-of coordination for my August 2022 wedding, and I could not be more thankful that I did! I worked with Susy, and she started working with me about 6 weeks before my wedding, right as I was starting to burn out on wedding planning. She pulled together a meticulous timeline, contacted every vendor and finalized any last minute details that were stressing me out, and provided essential encouragement in those final weeks. Unfortunately she got sick the week of my wedding and was no longer able to work the day of, but she SEAMLESSLY passed the baton to Shelby, who was absolutely incredible and managed our wedding rehearsal and wedding day with absolute perfection.
