Working with Susy and Kim from Olive & Rose events was hands down one of the BEST decisions that we made during wedding planning. We brought the Olive & Rose team on pretty late during our planning process after realizing that we needed some additional and professional help (Hint: hire your planner or coordinator early!) Susy jumped right in, immediately started working to coordinate all of our last minute details with our vendor team, and made herself available for absolutely anything that we needed during the final few weeks leading up to our wedding. Not only was Susy professional, organized and attentive, but she also was an amazing human who kept me sane during the crazy last few weeks before the wedding.
Our wedding day was 100% stress free thanks to Susy. I truly felt like I could be a "guest" at my own wedding, and just enjoy every moment, because no detail went overlooked. Susy 100% took my vision and worked with our vendors to make it a reality. She worked tirelessly the entire night to make sure that the day was even more perfect than we could have imagined- from decor, to organization and communication and also being in charge of the cookie table (with over 1000 cookies)- she did it all. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator (as I was) you will NOT regret bringing Olive & Rose events on as part of your team. My only regret is that we did not bring them on sooner.
